Pork Steak And Fries
Since my hubby wasn’t able to join us for dinner last night, I packed his lunch box with some leftovers from dinner. He didn’t mind it at all since he didn’t get to taste my culinary masterpiece anyway…hehehe.
I packed him Pork Steak And Fries with some rice. For my pork steak I used lomo or pork tenderloin. I just marinated it with some soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, pepper, and lots of garlic. Then I just panfried the meat. Then I added in some fries. The sauce was made with a little water thrown in the pan to cook all the yummy juice stuck there. Very simple, right.

Sa unang tingin, mukhang may tomato sauce. Looks very yummy. I will try this soon. Ang Big Boy ko kasi ayaw ng tomato sauce or anything red for that matter.
