What’s In Your Lunchbox : Xmas Ham Sandwich
My husband loves Christmas Hams. Whether its the sweet and salty kind or those that come in balls. And because he likes them so much, we found ourselves with several of them over the holidays. I’ve been trying my best to include them in so many different recipes that I’ve totally exhausted the possibilities. Not that he doesn’t enjoy them..he does. But he likes his Christmas ham best in a sandwich. With whole wheat bread, greens, tomatoes, cheese, and low-fat mayo. He’s been having this sandwich almost everyday since last week and he doesn’t tire of the way it tastes.
I’m predicting a little more than a week until we can finally rid our fridge from those hams. After that I don’t think I want to have ham for half a year.

Or ham tortilla…
Or ham and cheese sticks (mozarella + ham strips made like lumpia)
or with mac & Cheese (like I did!)
or with munggo (like someone else did)
or what about spaghetti with cubed ham?
